Terms of use

The service

DXnow is provided free of charge by Matthias Rolke (see the imprint). It can change or stop at any time. There is no right to a particular feature or to availability.

Your orgs

• Only connect orgs you are authorized to act on.
• Some actions change your orgs: enabling Dev Hub and Org Shape, creating scratch orgs, sandboxes and org shapes, installing packages, deploying, assigning permissions and deleting deprecated components. Check what an action does before you run it. You are responsible for the orgs you connect and for what you run on them.
• Keep your own backups of anything you can't afford to lose.
• Salesforce's terms apply to your orgs. DXnow is not affiliated with Salesforce, Inc. Salesforce is a trademark of Salesforce, Inc.

Liability

As the service is free, the provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence (§§ 521, 599 BGB). This does not limit liability for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act, or where the law does not allow a limitation.

Law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection of the country you live in stays in force.
